Added 3 project reports​

This version adds 3 new reports: Transaction Report, Summary Progress Report, and Detailed Progress Report.

Each report displays either cost or billable amounts, but never both at the same time.

A variety of parameters are available to select projects.

Reports can show amounts in PCY or DCY but never both at the same time.

The summary report consolidates information at the project level, while the detailed report presents it at the task level.

These new reports are available in the Reports menu of the JOV Project List.

Merged timesheet comments for the same date​

In the timesheet, the standard allows entering multiple 80-character comments per date. In previous versions of OMZY, if the “Exact Date” option was selected at the time of transfer, only the first comment corresponding to the transaction date was imported as the billing comment. Now, all comments for the same date will be merged.

Summary pane for the expense statement​

The expense statement now includes a summary pane similar to that of the timesheet. This pane provides quick access to comments and attachments.

New line comment for the timesheet and expense report​

The timesheet and expense report now feature a new line comment. For timesheets, this comment is unique to the line regardless of the date. It allows for much longer texts than the standard date comments.

Additionally, during transfer, a new Line Comment option allows using this comment as the billing comment. It is also possible to change the default selection in the domain settings.

Support for Project Type in formats​

Added Project Type to formats. For simplified invoicing types, this will be synchronized with the project, whereas in advanced mode, it can be specified independently.

It will also be possible to filter by this field in the format list.

Revised project manager approval page to include OMZY fields​

The standard project manager approval page has been revised to include the OMZY fields required for approval.
